  • Lawrence Cannon
    Lawrence Cannon is a former Canadian Minister of Foreign Affairs (2008-2011) and former Canadian Ambassador to Paris (2012-2017).
  • Lucio Caracciolo
    Lucio is the Founder and Editor in Chief of the Italian geopolitical journal Limes. He is also a Professor of Strategic studies at LUISS University in Rome and Director of the Limes School.
  • Christopher Coker
    1953-2023
    Professor Coker was the Director of LSE IDEAS. He was a distinguished scholar of International Relations, had authored 27 books on politics, power, and war in the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. He was educated at the Cambridge and Oxford University in 1970s but taught at the LSE for nearly 40 years before retiring from teaching in 2019.
    He was a staunch supporter of the Spykman Center. We deeply regret his passing. Professor Coker will be missed, and never forgotten.
  • Jeremy Alan Garlick
    Dr. Jeremy is the Director of the J. Masaryk Centre of International Studies & Associate Professor of International Relations and China Studies at Prague University of Economics and Business. His research focuses on China's relations with CEE and the Middle East, BRI and the CPEC. He is the author of many publications including Advantage China: Agent of Change in an Era of Global Disruption (2023).
  • Christos Kourtelis
    Christos Kourtelis is Assistant Professor in European Public Policy at the Department of International, European and Area Studies at Panteion University. Before moving to Panteion University, Christos taught modules in European Studies and International Relations in the UK (King’s College London, Birkbeck College London, University of Westminster, Loughborough University), in the Netherlands (Maastricht University) and in Turkey (Antalya Bilim University). He has several publications published in international peer-reviewed journals of EU studies and international relations.
  • Brian Knowlton
    Brian is a U.S.-based freelance journalist at Agence France Press. Formerly, he was an editor and correspondent at International Herald Tribune.
  • Petr Kratochvíl
    Professor Petr is a senior researcher at the Centre for European Politics – Institute of International Relations, Prague.
  • Masatoshi Murakami
    Masatoshi is an Associate Professor at the Department of Contemporary Society, Kogakkan University. Previously, he has served as a Japanese diplomat and MP.
  • Dimitri Neos
    Dimitri is the Executive Director of the Center for International Relations (Washington DC) and the Editor in Chief of International Affairs Forum.
  • Saeed Shafqat

    Dr. Saeed is a Professor of International Relations and Public Policy and Founding Director of the Centre for Public Policy and Governance (CPPG) at the Forman Christian College in Lahore, Pakistan. He is a regular visiting scholar at various academic institutions in Pakistan and the United States and author of numerous academic publications.
